By entering the prize draw, you hereby warrant that all personal details submitted by you are true, current and complete and also that the e-mail addresses you submit are accurate and valid. Any participant providing incorrect information when registering will be excluded from the prize draw. Participants acknowledge and agree that, for the purposes of authenticating their registration, IWC will verify the information submitted with the authorised IWC dealer at which the watch was purchased.
If the prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, if a winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied within ten (10) business days of notification or if the winner cannot accept the prize, a replacement winner may be drawn at IWC’s discretion and will be notified by IWC. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited.
IWC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Conditions of Participation. No correspondence will be entered into and IWC’s decision will be final.
IWC cannot accept any responsibility for any disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting any prize. IWC is not responsible for any problems or technical failure of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any malfunction or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting therefrom.
