Neil loves helping people see. He and three friends launched Warby Parker, a transformative eyewear brand sold through www.warbyparker.com for a fraction of the price of comparable quality glasses. For every pair sold, a pair is distributed to someone in need. Neil previously led VisionSpring, a non-profit social enterprise that trains low-income women to start their own business selling affordable glasses to rural communities in South Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Neil was recently recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. He lives in NYC with his wife, jewelry designer Rachel Leigh, and his son, Griffin.
