Richemont Asia Pacific Limited (IWC), a corporation which specializes in retail luxury watches bearing the “IWC” trademark, is organising a game called MONEY CAN’T BUY EXPERIENCE LUCKY DRAW.
This game is free of charge and there is no obligation to purchase anything.
This game is reserved for adults over the age of 18.
Each participant (same name, same email address) may play only once.
Employees and immediate family members of employees of IWC are not eligible to take part in the Competition. IWC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Participants.
The game shall start on September 25th and will run until September 28th, 2013 at:
Watches and Wonders fair
HK Convention and Exhibition Center
1 Harbour Road, Wanchai
The winner shall be chosen by a draw on October 3rd 2013.
The winner shall be announced on October 7th 2013.
To enter the game each participant must complete a form at the Watches and Wonder fair IWC Booth, providing his contact details (salutation, full name, address, email and phone number) and accept the competition Terms and Condition by signing the enrolling card.
Participants must provide personal data: last name, first name, title, city, email address, telephone number.
Enrolment and participation in the game must be completed before 10pm on September 28th.
For the enrollment and entry to be valid, all the above data must be filled in before the closing date. All enrollments or entries left incomplete or completed after the closing date shall be considered to be null and void.
The prize shall consist of:
a) A trip to Schaffhausen for 2 persons with 3 days and 2 nights’ accommodation at a hotel of IWC’s choosing;
b) Return flights from Zurich to Genoa, Italy;
Any and all items not specifically mentioned above including but not limited to food, beverages and other incidental costs are excluded from the prize and must be settled on the winner’s own account.
If for any reason the winner is unable to travel to the event location on the set dates, then the winner will forfeit his/her prize, and the first back-up winner from the designated draw will be the new winner (and so on and so forth).
The prize is personally attributed and not transferable. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The prize is awarded at IWC’s entire discretion, and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any participant.
The winner of the prize shall not dispute the prize in any way, request the value of prize in money or seek to replace or exchange the prize for any reason whatsoever.
IWC is responsible solely for making the prize available. It shall not be held responsible in any way for any incidents affecting the delivery of the prize.
IWC reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these Rules.
In the event of the Competition being regarded as illegal in the country of a participant, the latter must refrain from participating.
IWC shall not be held responsible for any use or sale of the prize by the winner.
The winner shall be informed by email of the result of the draw and the means of receiving the prize. The results of the draw will also be published on October 7th 2013 in The Standard and Sing Tao Daily. At this time IWC will provide details of how the prize can be claimed. If the prize is declined or unclaimed by a winner, or if a winner cannot be contacted based on the details supplied within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be given to the first back-up winner from the designated draw. The original entry that was drawn will then be forfeited.
IWC will not accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission or mail delivery, communications-line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
In his/her capacity as winner of the game, the winner expressly agrees to making himself/herself available to participate in any event organized around the presentation of the prize, in particular to being filmed, interviewed and photographed. The winner also expressly agrees that all film, photographs and interview material taken may be used by IWC on different media supports for communication and marketing purposes in relation to IWC as per Article 7-6 below.

By enrolling, each participant confirms he/she has read and fully accepts all of these rules. Participants shall not contest the organisation or form of the game in any way, nor question the results and the prizes awarded.

IWC does not accept liability for any damage, loss, pain or suffering incurred by any participant entering the game. IWC is not responsible for any problems with local postal services or technical faults, be they in networks or telephone lines, computer systems, servers or suppliers, mobile telephones or computer equipment or software failing of any e-mail system or entry form received due to technical problems or to congestion related to the Internet, telephone lines or any website, or any combination thereof, including any damage or prejudice to the participant’s telephone, computer or to any other person or mobile linked with or related to participation in or downloading of material on IWC’s website, be it related to the game or not.
By participating in the game you hereby warrant that all personal details submitted by you are true, current and complete, that the e-mail addresses you submit are accurate and valid and that IWC are properly authorised to send you emails at that e-mail address.
Personal data protection – Legal Information: Any submission of personal data to IWC in the context of this game or on the occasion of any request or recording by its services is purely voluntary and made at the owner’s discretion.
IWC will be collecting participants’ personal data for the purpose of the game.
Only duly authorised IWC personnel, and any persons or companies conducting internal operations on behalf of IWC in Hong Kong, shall have access to the personal data thus communicated. All of these people are bound by confidentiality commitments to respect personal data privacy.
With the exception of the previously mentioned uses, IWC shall not use participants’ personal data for any unsolicited communication. IWC shall not sell, lend or otherwise provide the personal data in its keeping to any third parties in any way whatsoever, except to its legal advisors or if a law or legal decision requires it to do so. IWC shall take all necessary measures to ensure that said personal data shall remain safe and protected at all times.

In the event of any dispute, IWC’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
For all other matters the rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law. Disputes arising in connection with these rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Hong Kong courts.
