Beware ! more fakes IWC watches and others :-/
These fakes seem to look the part. Whilst some watches can be fairly easily identified as fakes or genuine through distinctive marks on the dial, case, crystal, etc... Assuming that the fakes have identical finish quality to the genuine item, how can anyone distinguish a fake from the genuine IWC item ?

Has IWC seen the Azimuth Watch Company web site ? They are producing and selling copies of the 1940 IWC B-Uhr 52 SC Big Pilot Watch but diameter is 47 mm rather than 55 mm... This looks like a legal fakes industry to me. Hs IWC authorised them to copy ?
