NEW DRAWING --Flieger Fotos! More book prizes…
I wonder whether the drawing could last 24 hours more instead of until Saturday night. The reason is that Dutch and German IWC collectors are making a flight with the Catalina flying boat on Sunday October 8 and they will visit an aircraft museum on the same day.I am expecting a lot of nice images from this event.! Adrian.

Sorry, I can't extend...
Sorry, Adrian, but I'm going out of town right after the event. As of right now I will be rushed to send out the books and hope I can do that before I leave, particularly given my other commitments. As is, I'm not entirely sure that I will be able to fit this in right now, although I will try my best. An extension could well mean a several week delay in shipping prizes.
People are welcome to post photos of the event regardless and I hope they do. Moreover, several of the Dutch collectors have already won or otherwise own the book.
In the future, if you have suggestions about forum procedures please feel free to e-mail me. I feel a little awkward explaining my personal schedule publicly. I'd rather talk watches than procedures on the forum, and hope you understand.

I cannot post...
but Dieter Lämbgen was so nice to post a picture of my new Saint Exupéry on the German site. Greater than life, a beautiful watch against the backdrop of green plants in my garden. Does this count? Maybe you should try and visit the German site, it is quite interesting. Good for your German too!!!
Regards, Paul
What you do may not be so important, but it is very important that you do it well. (my variation of a saying by Gandhi)
It requires a little learning, but in general here's what's involved:
1. You go to where your image is shown and right -click on it 2. you then will see the URL for the image, which should look something like http://www.name-of-host/my-photo-name.jpg 3. You take that name and paste it into the "Image URL" box at the bottom on this message posting form, deleting the "http://" so it doesn't appear twice 4. You then click on "preview message" and will see if your image shows
If you have trouble posting an image here feel free to write me. I'd be glad to help.
That said, I like the German language forum and have nothing but respect for their discussions and members. I read that forum regularly and have many friends there. But this drawing is for members of the English language forum and people need to post here to enter. I hope you understand.
Regards,
Cliff
