Correct! Both watches were recovered...
from Hiroshima and are on display at the museum there. I spent a couple of hours at this site and it was very moving and interesting. The watches are frozen in time at the instant of the detonation of the atomic bomb.

They look a bit worse for wear- so are they from a shipwreck?

I have a feeling that they came from one of the two cities where the nuclear bombs were dropped as they both stopped at the same time..Brian
