A couple of suggestions... 1.) When you click on unread it lists all of the unread posts but you still have to winnow your way through to figure out what has not been read. There should be a way to seperate the unread posts within a topic.
2.) Is there any way to make the vertical progress bar on the right hand side thicker so it is easier to navigate up and down?
3.) I like Nad's suggestion about putting the topics at the top (and bottom?) of every page for easier access.
4.) Any easy way to add your own avatar?
5.) I really like the listing of all posts within a topic, the edit feature, the photo setup,and the preview feature.

Seems to me there are too many subdivisions. I prefer everything on one page.
Also, for some reason the new format would not accept my user name and password. So, I was forced to reregister. I have no idea how to link with my previous posts going back to 2001? -- Cheers from Isobars.

Seriously, agree with all your points, so let's hope there is some flexibility in the software for some of these 'enhancements'!

How about reversing the order in which the posts are shown? That is: newest post on top. Otherwise there are a lot of (cumbersome) scroll movements before the new posts can be read.
Maybe a stupid question, but how about threads to keep topics together? Here in "Comments" they seem not possible, or? Is it clear where and where not threads are possible?
Again: can the title feature be re-introduced? Now there is no easy overview: convenience should be top priority for a forum (and all software), apart from other issues like security.
The "old" forum functioned under https, this forum under http. Is there a security issue here?

I see there's no chance to send private messages, it's a pretty common feature in many fora and sometimes it can be useful.
Will this option be available in the future or did I guess it right when I thought you already decided not to have this option?

It is a useful function --including for me. I'm, not sure why it was deleted but it may relate to security issues. I'll check.
