My BP 5002 also makes a noise when the rotor is turning inside the watch.
Actually, so does my Portuguese 5001, so it seems to be normal for the 5000 series movements with the 7-day power reserve.
Please post photos of your BP, would like to see it!

I think it's normal - both my Port Auto and BP are louder than other movements. Just consider them impressive watches with a lot to say for themselves!

My 5004 also makes a noise when it's being wound. But it runs perfectly, no problems ever. I think it's just a characteristic of the movement. Don't worry; enjoy....
