Well, I really missed this GST perpetual which had inexplicably stopped winding itself. The watch otherwise worked fine. After a service visit it is back in service. My only titanium watch, it actually feels light on my wrist after wearing my two Ingy's.

Probably the best GST dial ever produced. every time I see one I regret selling mine on The GST Perpetual range is the most underated of IWC. 10 years before its time I think. If they were being launched today everyone would be clammering fro them Congratulations on a great watch.

Great watch, Alan! I know you are happy to have it on your wrist again. By the way, I recently visited the Beverly Hills IWC Boutique and got to try on the German Football Team edition Ingy. It was even more impressive in person than the great photos you've posted...my compliments!
Best regards, Jim

Jim, the GST is a great watch. Probably has more packed into its case than anything but a Grand Complication. And the DFB....that watch justs shines on your wrist. I am glad you had a chance to try it on.

Yes. That GST is fantastic. I keep thinking about pulling the trigger on the Ti version when I see them available. I like the contrast of the black, white, and yellow on the dial - i think the Ti would be perfect weight for sports -
