Instead i bought the Aviator Chronograph (the ones presented with the Mark XVI, not the new one). THe shop was able to find this one and i have to admit i love it, even more than the Mark XVI, is a little bit bigger, but wonderful, and having the chrono is useful...I just had to put some additional money effort :p but it worth it all, especially considering that now is not produced anymore and substituted by the new model (which i dont like as much as this one) so really happy..... In the next days i will purchase also the brown leather strap, as i love it in brown...

Have your AD/Boutique show you the St.Exupery Brown strap (ref.21700) on your new 3717 for consideration. Since you enjoy black dial/brown strap combinations, the above pairing is a fantastic look. I think you will be WOWED!!
Nice pick-up on (IMO) the best classic Pilot Chrono ever....

Meine Mark 16 ist mittlerweile etwas über 1 Jahr alt und sie geht nach wie vor sehr genau. Mitte Januar werde ich dazu das passende IWC Metallband bekommen. Ich bin schon mal gespannt!

Dear forum members I bought my first Mark XVI 2,5 years ago. No problem at all. I went on a holiday for 1 month, returned, picked up my Mark and started wearing it. I waited for about 3 hours before I adjusted the date and time (not between 21:00/03:00) and from that moment my Mark gained 10 seconds per minute. It was swiping to fast. Unfortunately 4 months after my warranty period, awaiting repairs as we speak.
Did anybody else experience this? Thinking about buying a winder, but a watch with such prestige shouldn't need one in my opinion.
