Ok, so I got my GST back from service and the watch appears to be running properly. But tonight I took a more careful look and there is a problem. Here is the picture I took earlier today. Can you spot the problem?

Is there something wrong with the moon? I checked, next full moon is at August 24, unless the moon turns counterclockwise at your watch I cannot see how the watch can indicate this correctly. If so: what has the moon to do with a failing winding system? Good luck!
Kind regards, Paul

Yes, the moon is wrong. It has nothing to do with the winding system. So I don't understand how it got out of alignment. The other observations are not correct . Everything else lines up perfectly. Probably just optical angles in the photo.
So it is back for service. (The moonphase was working perfectly prior to service.)

Shame that this has happened meaning that it will be off your wrist again for a short time. On the positive side you have the excitement of re-unitement to look forward too.

It's probably fair to mention that this wasn't by an IWC authorized repairer.
