The IWC IPhone application update 1.3 is now available.
The update includes improved geolocalisation and the 2010 Portuguese Collection. It also features the IWC Book with three podcasts of stories about the origins of the individual product families written by Paolo Coelho.
The app works on the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, and owners of those devices can download it on the iTunes App Store.

And it really is a stunning update - so I encourage those with the App to download this Free update. Although I miss the Big Pilot (Time) screensaver (you can still find it in the Collection, Pilots) I am getting to appreciate the Portuguese Yacht Club even more. The Chrono also works (as long as you keep the App open) too.

Hi all,
I just noticed that outside, the moon is perfectly full and when I checked the working blue dial Portuguese Perpetual in the iPhone app, I noticed it was almost exactly the contrary:
Did anyone else notice this too? Skipping to the next full moon on the iPhone app, it shows September 8 but according to the moon calendar, that's new moon. I guess there has been made a slide error. It would be nice to have this corrected in the next update.

The blue dial Portuguese Perpetual also shows the correct time and date, too bad I can't have that as a widget on my PC.
Kind regards,
Clemens
