Ref. 3546 was manufactured between 1995 and 2001. Details to the versions see Stafan Weebers Workbook Search http://www.weeber.biz/IWC/Workbook/2001_02/3546.htm Cal. 96061 is a round JLC base caliber equipped with the IWC perpetual calendar module. With a movement height of 5.45 mm, cal. 96061 is the second thinnest perpetual caliber IWC ever manufactured (only beaten by the slightly thinner Novecento caliber 32062 based on the F. Piguet 953 base caliber). The Novecento ref. 3546 is on exhibition in the IWC Museum in Schaffhausen (just right to the “El Destriero Scaphusia”) Urs

It's really perfect. One of my business partners bought it in red gold at the end of 80-s, when he was moved to CEO position in his company. Now he has own company already, but the watches is a perfect piece to remind him about his young ages :)

In my opinion IWC could do well to present some stylish, flat, rectangle watches now. Why leave this segment to others, like Patek Philippe?
