While I was absent for quite a while, I thought it was a good idea to visit the new forum again with a happy announcement. I ordered the above book last friday at Benteli in Switzerland and they send it through their German distributor to the Netherlands right away.
The book - amazing weight and contents - is a gift from my lovely wife for my 51th birthday tomorrow. Can't wait to open it.

Special book for a very special day.
Yesterday night, while I was sleeping, the book fell off from the highest shelf of my library, a huge thud woke me up!
