For numerous scheduling reasons, the meeting we considered for 2010 couldn't be accomplished. However, there is hope that one can be scheduled for February or March 2011, probably in southern California. I'll keep everyone posted here.
This will be an "official" meeting, sponsored by IWC North America, but not Schaffhausen directly. As such it is more of a local event although international collectors would be welcomed.

I'm glad the event is still on IWC's (and your) agenda. These meetings are excellent ways to meet our fellow collectors and Forum members and to continue our climb up the learning curve.

This is one of the few times I will look forward to winter! Like all the others, I'm so looking forward to this, and seeing old friends and meeting new ones. Thanks for sharing this news with us, Michael.
Now, what exactly does one wear in SOCAL in Wintertime??

Hey, that's great news. Interesting venue (I happen to be here this weekend) - will definitely be a great way to enjoy IWC Schafhausen from a Southern Cal perspective next winter - and all the dining options within walking distance from the IWC Boutique are just fabulous!!!!

I agree with Bill - while seeing the watches is always fun, meeting other collectors, making new friends and sharing the passion is the best.
I will greatly look forward to saving the date once it is announced!
