Hey, found some interesting items googling IWC, New BIG PILOT PERPETUAL ORANGE and older Big pilot perpetual calendar BUCHERER EDITION. But can't find these watches on sale anywhere. Does anyone know which shops online or not online have these shops on sale. Thank you!

Well, the Bucherer edition is named because it was done for Bucherer, a large retailer in Switzerland. I'm not sure, but they should be sold out.
The orange Big Pilot Perpetual is a boutique edition, which means it is for IWC Boutiques. This website tells you where to find one.

Good luck!

Not sure where you got this info. When I got my watch two years ago the steel version of 70 was totally sold out. But when the economies tanked a number of them eventually came back for sale. I know that for a fact. In addition, I spoke with Mr.Kern in 2009 and he opined that IWC should have made more of these since it had done so well. That is why different limited editions continue to come to market in the boutiques. Still my favorite watch.

This information is directly from the Bucherer flagship store at Zurich Bahnhofstrasse. Also, one could see the watch for quite a long time in the shop window; the last time it was about two months ago. I know some of the prices that have been effectively paid for the watch and somebody still in the process for getting a new one. For GK, of course, the watch is a success in any case, as he sells the whole edition to Bucherer at once.
However, the watch is very nice. I think it is the best version of a Big Pilot Perpetual Calendar that has ever been made.
Thanks David, It is amazing what the world economy has wrought. When I initially tried to get on the list for this watch (coincidentally due to a comment you made on the forum) I was told that each and every watch was accounted for. About two months later I was contacted. And you are correct about the watch. There is something about the symmetry of the dial in combination with the Big Pilot hands that is just great.
