I'm not aware of a comprehensive document on the Jones calibres, I know of the SIHH 2008 presentation "A Tribute to IWC’s founder Florentine Ariosto Jones and his vision on producing high quality watches" which covers some of the corporate history but not the movements. Perhaps someone knows of documentation by Alan Myers and others about the Jones calibres.
