Hi guys,
After my holidays-honeymoon, cameback with a lot of apetize to rejoin this amazing forum!!!! Miss all of you!!! This time I want to discuss-ask you about IWC preowned watches. Whats your opinion about them? Found Big pilot SS ,1 year old ,price about 7000euro no scratches perfect condition still in warranty. My question is does it worth it? Did you face any of you problems with preowned IWC watches? Whats your opinion? Keep in mind that Big Pilot SS (new) here in Greece is about 8800 euro.

Welcome back Dimitris my friend. I know you had a great time.
Since this is a non commercial Forum, watches from the current IWC Families Collection are not to be mentioned in relation to their price. Anyway I think that by putting your email in your signature like many Collectors did you ll receive a lot of mails I ll also try to be of some help. Best of luck, talk to you soon.

Hello Dimitris & welcome back! Congratulations on your wedding/honeymoon!!!!!
As Arg mentioned, there is no discussion of prices or dealers on the forum.
Without talking specifics, I have acquired several pre-owned watches and was very happy with the transaction and the deal. There is a saying that we use on another forum (another brand)......
Buy the seller, not the watch
Most pre-owned deals go bad because the buyer or seller don't do enough due diligence to insure the integrity of the person they are dealing with. There have been many horror stories about deals gone bad.
Obviously some of the older models are only available as pre-owned and a collector has no other choice.
Only you can decide your comfort & confidence level with the deal at hand, but you must also consider the security and peace of mind when buying new from an IWC Boutique or AD.
