As I posted yesterday, I was going to meet John Helliwell, member of Supertramp, before their concert in Antwerp, Belgium. I have to say it was a very pleasant meeting with him ( and other members of the band ). We talked about their music and recent concert tour, but most about IWC watches. John was wearing a Big Ingenieur Chrono, I had my BP on the wrist. He looked at it and was a bit surprised that it had more "shine" than his. Then he went to his luggage and got his BP. Difference between his and mine ; his was the newer version ( ref 5004 ).
And the concert was great, the audience went crazy. Thank you John for meeting us.

I don't think he was wearing IWC when I saw him in '76. Come to think of it, nor was I.
