Older watches generally had unmarked crowns. Then came the so-called fish crowns on water resistant models. Then came the newer Probus Scafusia crowns. But how many of you have seen this crown?
This was sent to me by Jack Freedman, and is the alarm crown on the GST Alarm model, ref. 3537. Come to think of it, I believe this model may be IWC's only alarm watch ever --and if I'm right then this crown is truly unique for IWC.

The 3537 pops up om the sales forums from time to time. Another model I like and had the opportunity to acquire. Did not know about the crown as being unique.

If my memory serves me well, I believe there was another IWC with alarm function ; also with a JLC caliber inside ; the Ingenieur mecaquartz. Also a very nice watch. I love them both, but never bought one, there is always that other one to have ...

ref 3805 was also a chrono though, so I don't know if it counts.
