Canadian delivery is behind it seems. I got mine two weeks ago. Good luck. It is great book and will take some time to read. I am very impressed with the quality.

Bill, Not really late, I just placed my on-line order today from a well known book seller and I'll have it in a few days! Hope it arrives before I leave next week ;-)))

I got mine about the same time Bill's arrived. I am already half through it and I am enjoying the read. It is interesting figuring the most comfortable way to read it for an extended period...it really is a very big volume. I suspect it will not fit in your carryon for your next trek! LOL!
