It was a sad moment when we had to leave Beirut, but we have so many fond memories of our trip.

Houda flew home via Paris on Air France and I had some work in Europe, so we split up at BEY airport and my journey continues!

Here I am at BEY airport (yes, it was 5:24AM!!!!!):

After an early morning 4+ hours flight I finally arrived in GVA !!!!!!

I found this nice place by the lake for a wonderful dinner:

The next morning in GVA!

And my obligatory visit to the IWC Boutique!

The new 2010 Hand-wind Portuguese!

Both dial offerings !!

I was lucky to see a NOS box-set Trilogy of the Portuguese ref 2000!!!!!!!

The Orange accent dial is supposedly a 'boutique-only' model, although not limited edition, for this Aquatimer Automatic 2000.......

The new Ceramic/Ti DaVinci ref# 3766:

One more great travelogue. Thanks Nad for taking us along. I too spent too much time in the GVA IWC Boutique, but the staff there are very accommodating.

Love that new handwind Portuguese. From pictures I like the white dial better. Which did you prefer in person?

Some more great travel pics...and great watches! I'm with Dick...I prefer the white dial Portuguese handwind. I also liked the way the ceramic Da Vinci looked on your wrist! As always, thanks for taking us along.
