You got me fooled, Heiko. That is, I saw your explanation at the German sister forum. Those two watches are really the same watch, where the colour (brightness/darkness) of the dial changes by the direction you look at the watch. Very nice, due to the direction of the polish of the dial. I guess this is the same effect you see with the sunray polish from centre to side, where you see the dial glow up along two sides, like with my Saint Exupéry Chrono.
This effect is also used in nature, by butterflies for example.

I should have given some additional hints about this photo.
Indeed, this is only ONE watch.
Only the angle of the dial has been changed, to show the two "faces" of the dial.
