Yacht Club if it was me! I've fallen in love with that watch. My favorite is the steel black dial. Rational viewed it is a "Sportuguese" because it's an elegant Portuguese and a sports watch. But it's up to you and you should make up your mind and heart. Best is compare next to each other. Good luck, nothing can be completely wrong here anyway. Tilo

Hi Jose Luis,
have to agree with Tilo, YC is more versatile, moreover, it hosts the first in-house chronograph.
My personal policy is, being undecided between two watches within the same price range and same quality level, to go for the more complicated but it's just my opinion.
Welcome to the forum, good luck, Regards to you and to the mui nobre, sempre leal e invicta Cidade do Porto :)
I intend to buy a new IWC for Christmas and I have troubles to decide.
I´m interested in a Portuguese Regulateur or a Portuguese Yatch Club Chrono, both stainless steel.
They are both available and they have almost the same price.
Please help me decide...
Thanks in advance and kind regards from Porto-Portugal
If you own few watches, or this would be your one "good" watch. I vote for the Yacht Club --it's more versatile.
If you have many watches and want something rarer and more unique, I vote for the Regulateur.
If you wear a suit all day, then I vote for the Regulateur, since it's dressier.
If you lead an active life. with sports. etc., then I vote for the Yacht Club, since it's sportier, the chrono occasionally helps etc.
Regards, Michael
