But I haven't been able to determine whether my BP5002 has the fast beat movement or not.It has a Probus crown, the deployant is stamped IWC (not spelled out), and the serial number starts with 311xxxx. I've read that 314xxxx is generally an accepted starting s/n for transitionals. I am in the process of finding a watchmaker that can measure the vibrations, but until then, i've snapped a couple of 1 second exposures to try to figure it out on my own.the first pic seems like there are 6 beats in a second. The second looks like 5, but could be also be 6 if you stare hard enough. I apologize for the terrible pics, but any insight would be appreciated. To my knowledge, a "guaranteed" Transitional will have the clasp with "International Watch Co" stamped. Not "IWC".
