I am looking for some assistance as I am looking to purchase a IWC pocket watch and am trying to date the watch the movement serial number is 831159 and the case number is 1015388 your help would be appreciated

The movement is a Lépine calibre 73, produced in 1926. Due to the wide disparity between case and movement numbers, the watch was cased somewhat later but I do not have the exact date.
