Hello All
I recently had time to take another look at a watch i was given on my 21st birtday (a while back now). Thanks to the excellent resources here i have manged to identify the movement number as 613,909 and case number of 690,633. The databse reported back as a "calibre 73, dating from the year 1914. The case was most probably produced resp. delivered around 1917." I've also looked in the online catalog for 1914 but the design of the face is not shown. Its unusual in that it shows a 24 hour clock. I'm wondering if this is an IWC face ?, although the hands look to be in the catalog.
Some photos which I've put on Flickr; i hope this works ...
