Indonesia
I got my IWC mark XVII in Aug 12 from AD in Jakarta and so far it has taken me to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto and all the way up to Mt. Fuji. Did not think of taking any pics then but will try to get some shots on my next trip.

Greetings from Bombay, INDIA.
I have been a fan of IWC watches since a very young age. My father had gifted me an Automatic Portofino. Brown strap. Black Dial. Just got it serviced and it works really well.
I recently bought an IWC Mark XVI for a very good deal. I got it a bit cheap as IWC released Mark XVII and Mark XVI is no longer available. I am happy with it and daily usage led to some hairline scratches on it which upset me to a great extent. Therefore I put it back in my drawer. I am back to using my Portofino Automatic which I had gotten recently serviced.
Does anyone know how one can remove hairline scratches on steel watches?? My watch guy advised me to use my Mark XVI regularly and that finally when the watch was fully scratched on account of regular wear and tear he would have it machine polished. I generally use my watches very carefully and this is one of those rarest of rare occasions when scratches appeared on the side. I am so upset with the scratches I feel like sending the newly purchased watch back to the service center for a machine polish. Anyone has any genuine ideas on scratch removal? PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
My dream watch is the Patek Phillipe Aquanaut. It's too expensive and simply superb. Hope life takes me to the Patek showroom someday although Patek is the only company which has not come to Indian shores as of now.
Bye and feedback from all regarding hairline scratch removal would be highly appreciated.

United States
In reverse.... I was in Geneva about 6 weeks ago. I liked walking by the watch shop windows. Unfortunately, I did not have time during their open hours to go in but unlike the USA-- most of the shops leave their watches in the show window after hours. Anyway, I saw the IWC watches and thought they were quite impressive. So upon arriving back home-- did my homework and ended up with a 3777-01. Selling my Breitling of 7 years. So my trip to Geneva brought me to IWC.

I am contemplating in buying a PORTOFINO CHRONOGRAPH - ref IW391010 however I need some clarification as listed below:- 1. What is the difference between Self-winding and Pellaton automatic winding? 2. Is Milanese mesh bracelet waterproof? 3. Is PORTOFINO CHRONOGRAPH a Chronometer watch? 4. Does IW391019 comes with Milanese mesh bracelet? Thank you.
