Ive seen pics of the new AT with a black rubber strap (quick-change system) that has a cross pattern inscribed on the outside of the rubber. Its a cool look but Im not sure if it is made by IWC. Does anyone know if that strap is available from IWC as an optional strap?

You may have seen a picture of a prototype strap. Some of the first photos of the new Aquatimer line showed the prototype straps. I believe all the current rubber straps have a textured pattern on the inside only.

Hello - the only textured (on the outside) rubber strap I know of is that on the VC AT, but it's not quick-change so I guess that's not the one you mean?
