The presentations for the evening were well spaced and timed to the various meal courses. Georges Kern made his opening remarks and suggested we could use some culture entertainment to begin the evening.
A full 60 pieces orchestra from the Zurich Opera House accompanies three very talented Opera singers. The arias were all tangential to the theme of an evening in Portofino. We listed to wonderful renditions of O Sole Mio and arias from La Traviata and the Barber of Seville. Two giant projection screens make it seem you were in front row seats. It was all in HD.

The main course arrived after the cultural training.
After dinner the fun began with all the IWC Ambassadors introduced.
When Ronan Keating was introduced, he was asked to sing for the audience:
