This post is about using the current Forum software to allow others to see your image.
As Michael points out the first step is to upload your image to a hosting site, nobody can see your image if it is only on your hard drive. If the address of the image begins with C: it is still on your hard drive. Once you have uploaded the image, copy the address, this is the address of an image I have uploaded:

You may be posting a new topic, comment or replying to an existing thread and by clicking on the relevent button you will a screen similar to the following:
Click on the picture button:
And you should see:
Paste your image address (remember you previously copied it) into the Url window. Click on OK and the screen should now look like:
If you have some text to add, type it in and then click on the preview button:
We should see our image (and any text):
If you have mistakes to correct, edit your post and then click preview. When you are satisfied click on the Post Discussion button at the bottom of the screen and the Forum should be able to see you post:
