I'm at home recovering from an operation and decided that to do an test on my IWC Pilots Chronograph power reserve.
I wound it full and took note of the date and time; Tuesday 22nd 3:37pm
Today the watch wound down. It stopped on the 24th (approximate) 8:20pm (give or take a few minutes).
The watch resulted run for almost 52 hours. I checked it at the 49 hour mark and it was keeping time.
I am most impressed with the calibre 79320.
My next test will be accuracy. I will be making use of a gratis iPhone application named 'EMERALD TIME' for measuring the watches timekeeping. This app is worth installing for anyone with an iPhone.

best wishes on your recovery! I also own a pilot chrono (the previous model) and sometimes surprises me... I think it's gonna be stopped... and it's still winding! never chronometrated but I'm thinking to do it... Will send the results!!

This is the power reserve of my pilot chrono ref 3706 caliber 7922: It's been winding during 43hours and 40 minutes... Very happy of my 6 years old watch! Never had any problem nor expect it to have...
