My trip around-the-world starts here, at Montreal airport (YUL)!
The St-Ex UTC was the only watch I traveled with on this trip. The quick-set +/- feature works great when traveling through several time zones, except on this trip I was always traveling Westbound, LOL!!!!!!!!
Transit in Toronto (YYZ) for the flight to Shanghai!
Settling in for the 14 hour flight!
Arriving at Shanghai airport:
Upon arrival, after a 14 hour flight, I still had a 3 hour car ride to Ningbo :-(
This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants there:
At the Club Lounge in the Sheraton:
There was a big spread in one of the magazines about the IWC pilot watches.
I wish I could read Chinese, LOL!!!!!
Back in the Lounge:
On the plane from Ningbo to Hong Kong:
Landing in Hong Kong:
So is this Air New Zealand plane:
OK, so totally OT, but look at the hardware on this woman's nails, LOL!!!!! I had to take a photo and laugh ;-)))))
Walking past the Flagship in HK on my way to dinner............
After dinner R & R:
Back to the Flagship Boutique the following day!!!!
This is the Northeast Asia Special Edition, 100 pieces, RG with Blue dial perpetual calender!
Dinner in HK at a Yakatori style Japanese restaurant, I loved it and will definitely return on another visit:
We ended the evening with a wonderful Sauternes, thanks for Francis ;-)))
Random HK sights before getting ready for my 9PM flight to Zurich, and getting closer to SIHH!!!!!!!!!!
Hard to believe the line up for the Chanel store. The LV line up was more than double the size!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for looking, and stay tuned for a multi-part SIHH report starting with my flight out of HKG!

Great post as always Nad. I love the fact you share your trips with us all.
You travel quite a bit it seams. Business or pleasure (of course mixing IWC in with a business trip would also make it partly pleasure)?
Nice leg room on the plane there :-)
Thanks again for the lovely pics. I like sharing my trips with the people on the Watchuseek forum, but next time I travel, I'll have to take the IWC instead of the Omega and share here too.

Your travelogues are always a treat for me! Not only do I get to see some sights outside my own travel experiences...but you always have some beautiful IWC watches to share with us. Thank you, Nad!
Best regards, Jim

Your IWC enthusiasm is second to none.

Vous avez parcouru une distance digne d'une montre d'aviateur!
Je me trompe ou est-ce que votre montre porte toujours une étiquette IWC à l'endos? Elle aurait meilleur allure sans cet encombrement.
