Need help! what model IWC is this?

I have old watch that belonged to my grandfather. I can not find what model is that. Inside back cover is number 1502460. If someone can help me, i'll be gratefull. Regards from Serbia!

I didn't found this model on IWC online catalogue, but it looks like model 4403 from 1974. or less look like model 4400 from 1972.

The watch is.Calibre 89 hand wound; you can discover much more about this movement by searching the archives.

The dial style is typical of the early 1950s, which is consistent with the case number.

It's not a model from the early 1970s, as MarcoBC suggests. Generally, the 4xxx series watches are ladies' models.
