What are the steps that I need to do to reset back to 2011

Better let your certified IWC watchmaker do this tricky set-back. That's better that letting is sit unwound for the next 11 years until the year is correct.
Just call your AD, and they can guide you- good luck.

Wait a minute....how did the year get to 2022? Did you buy it that way? There is no way to reset this without a factory service.
