You may have posted some of them before, but I don't recall seeing all of them. But it doesn't matter...it was one of those events that I was perfectly happy to vicariously relive again through your excellent photos! Thank you, Nad!
Best regards, Jim

Nad Thank you for the posting. Some were previously posted somewhere but many were new to me and in the order posted told a great tale. Looking forward to SIHH photo log. Regards, Kevin
If you're seeing these for the first time, that's great! if you've seen them before, just click on the 'back' button, LOL!!!!!!!
October 2010
Here is a new AD-owned IWC boutique in Shanghai:
I finally made it to Hong Kong and met up with a buddy and visited a cigar lounge where someone was rolling them on the spot:
We each picked up a fresh Partagas and sat on the outdoor terrace:
The view:
The next day I met up with MF and visited the Flagship:
Some of the watches we saw during this visit!
I'm finding it very difficult to get this one out of my head, especially the new size case at 44mm, WOW!!!!!
Comparison of the thickness of the two cases:
Later that same evening was the Collector's GTG.
On my way to the Flagship past the Peninsula Hotel:
Crossing under Peking Road:
Approaching the Heritage Plaza:
Finally inside and enjoying the company of all the guests, cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A rare bird!!!!
At the restaurant on the top floor of the new One Peking Road building!!!!
Even Herr Klaus was impressed by the view and took a few souvenir photos, LOL!!!!!!
A special moment for Herr Klaus...........
Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot name everyone that needs to be thanked for helping to organize this wonderful event for fear of omission, LOL!!
THANK YOU to the entire HK IWC team for everything!
But, please allow me to mention my good friend Gary, and a very special lady, Sherry!!!!!!
The following day Michael and I headed to central for a visit at the Prince's Building Boutique:
Finally time to head back home and at the Airport Express with time to spare, so I walked up to the Elements Mall:
This is where another IWC Boutique is located, but sadly not open yet this early in the morning;
I'm finally home:
......and had the chance to see what was in the 'goodie bag' from the IWC event!!!!
Lots of nice souvenirs and memories.
Please stay tuned for some other missing reports including SIHH!!!!!!!!!!!
Bye for now :-)
Cheers,
Nad
