I purchased an Aquatimer Chronograph 16 months ago from an authorized IWC retailer and for some reason the warranty card I thought was with the box is not there. I didn't have a great experience with the dealer where I purchased the watch so I'll only go back to them if it is my only option. I have the original box, papers, and receipt of purchase. Does anyone know if IWC will re-issue me a warranty card, especially since I still have 8 months left on the watch's 2-year warranty? If so, can I get another card directly from IWC or do I need to go through an IWC retailer/dealer?

Well, I think the best is really to deal with the AD directly. But, if you have the receipt from the AD with his signature and date of purchase, which of course mentions the serial number of the watch, in theory you may contact IWC and ask them what they will suggest, since they can track each of the watches according to that number. good luck, simius
You really can't get a replacement warranty card (else others could claim they lost theirs and have two cards, one of which might be sold or get in the wrong hands). But if you can prove your purchase, you can get warranty service.

Die Möglichkeit zur Spontanität ist der wahre Reichtum des Lebens!
Thank you very much for the information. Im embarrassed, but yes, I looked and found the warranty card in the back of the service book.
