I was in the Tourneau in Atlanta, and I saw a rose gold Portuguese automatic with a grey dial and white sub dials on a brown leather strap. It was unbelievable. I looked it up online, and it seems that it is a limited edition for Tourneau, which got me thinking. One, what do I have to do to be able to buy it, and how many other rare watches editions are out there.

Thanks for this. You certainly don't see these two everyday.

Hi Michael,
Will US IWC prices increase in October? I would like to get an IWC fory boyfriend's birthday. Do you think the Pilots 3717 is a good choice? I do like the limited edition Portguese; however it might be out of my budget.
Hi Maddie -I love the 3717. In addition to being a best seller, to me it represents much of what IWC is about. And it's durable and versatile. And, yes, a US price increase has been announced for 10/1.

But buy it before October 1, when prices increase n the US due to the skyrocketing Swiss franc.

You really are buying an IWC, and not a Tourneau. If they happen to have, on an exclusive basis, the watch you really want, well, I would just buy it.
Kind regards,
Paul
