Hi, am thinking of buying a Da Vinci Kurt Klaus. However, I got a bit confused on how limited these watches really are, and hope that one of you experts can help me. Is it correct that of those wathches 50 pcs were produced in Platinum, 50 pcs in white gold, 1000 pcs in rose gold and 1000 pcs in steel? Thanks for your help.

Congratulations on your great taste. Adding to Bill B's post... There are also 1000 edition in 5N Red Gold with Black Dial, and also 50 White Gold with Ardoise Dial (aka Boutique version).
Just a small detail to mention is that "PPC" refers to Portuguese Perpetual Calendar. The DaVinci is not part of the Portuguese line.
So the lineup is: 50 in Platinum, silver dial, silver markers 50 in White Gold with Ardoise (gray) dial 500 in Rose Gold, silver dial, gold markers 1000 in 5N Red Gold with Black Dial, gold markers 3000 in Stainless Steel with silver dial, gold markers

Thanks for the info. Sorry for the mistake wrt PPC. I thought it is the abbreviation for Perpetual Calendar. I know that in this forum we are not having price discussions. But can anyone of you hint me on how to get to know the original selling price of a Da Vinci KK in white gold? Just to have a feeling if the requested price for the timepiece I have selected is a reasonable one. Unfortunately comparing current prices is not possible in this case as I have found only one for in white gold for sales. Thanks again

Just seemed like a good place to insert a photo of the 5N RG KKPCC (perpetual calendar chronograph), which I love. Do you know what I love most? Kurt's signature on the dial!!! And here's Kurt wearing the original prototype before the SIHH show in 2007

Giovanni, sounds to me that you are about to pull the trigger on a white gold - one of 50 Kurt Klaus Da Vinci's. A fine watch.
Tell you what - you post a picture of that watch on your wrist here on the forum, and I'll let you have a genuine ink on paper, signed by himself Kurt Klaus signature.
