It appears the new Top Gun models are supplied with a deployant buckle in bead-blasted steel (I assume) to achieve a titanium-like finish. Am I correct and will I be able to order one of these separately?

I believe the answer to both is Yes --
- it will be available separately (I am looking to purchase one more of the Titanium one which I already have for my 3799, and was advised to wait for the new one if I wished)
- It should fit an 18mm 3786 as I am looking for it to fit my Patrouille Suisse, which also uses an 18mm deployment.
this is a pic of my 5002 buckle with the new Titanium one:

Hi Sean,
I can find out, and will eventually - likely over the next couple of weeks. If the information doesn't come out already to you before then, either on the forum or at your local dealer, let me know ? Feel free to chase me through my email :)

Any chance you would have a part number for the new titanium deployant?

Best,
Sean
you welcome Sean
When you order the buckle, your AD can help you with the strap as well.

I think your'e right Michael but I will not omit telling that I infact use the deployant buckle for the 3786 with the original strap without problems.

Michael
