Thanks for the tip Michael. My wrists are pretty thin (6.5"), and I have generally found that I need to special order the short straps from IWC when using the deployant, so I will definitely need to do that here.

Interesting , I went to an AD in Glasgow with the same question. They said it would fit no problem but the strap would be shorter on one side so would not centre correctly with the deployment buckle. They said they could move the straps to the opposite sides to compensate for this ?
It does work but not as well. The strap is too long and the buckle is not well centered.

Reversing the straps helps a little for some, but not perfectly. That's why IWC has special sized straps for use with its deployant buckles.
