Andy, the specs as I know them are: Model number: IW5442-03 Mine is made of stainless steel (one out of 3000), but there were ones made of gold and platinum (fewer numbers manufactured)
gold's model number is: IW5442-01, Platinum: IW5442-02
Dial size: 43mm Thickness: 11.7mm Mass: 80g

Thank you sir for the prompt reply. I just can't get over how "Simply" beautiful it is. Everything about it shines with perfection. Love the hands and the hour numbers are so classy. A quick look at the dial is all one needs to know the time. Just so easy to read. Oh Oh ... here it comes again...W O W !!

The FA Jones series has been flying under the radar since it was discontinued. I expect that collectors' will wake up soon and prices will start to head north.

Can a limited edition watch get discontinued? According to the catalogue of 2005 there would be 500 in platinum, 1000 in rose gold and 3000 in steel. The last few years I still saw a "new" platinum one for sale at an AD in Zermatt.
