Hello,
My first post here.
I am looking to buy a Kurt Klaus Da Vinci. I had tried the watch on a IWC Boutique and just fell in loved with it.
The details on the dial is just amazing. Loved the rose gold hands on the texture white dial.
Looking up for more info on the net, I had found two model numbers for the same looking watch. One number is IW376204 and the other one which is the one I seen in the IWC Boutique is IW376207. Can someone tell me if there is any differences in the two?

HY - That is a fantastic watch and I believe the only difference is the clasp on the strap. The 376204 is a tang buckle while the 376207 is with the folding clasp.
What you prefer is up to you but I tend to prefer folding clasps - I think they just look nicer, they are easier to take on and off, they are "safer" to use as they make it more difficult to accidentaly drop your watch when you take it on or off, and they seem to be gentler on your leather strap and make the strap last longer.

As per Skule's email the only difference that I know of is indeed the buckle vs clasp. It could very well be though that the IW376204 have since been replaced to have clasps hence the info in Waimar's image (which also matches my IWC info). So unless someone else has insights they are effectively the same (which was also the case with my own Da Vinci Chronograph).

I think that both versions have the deployant clasps - but the newest one may have an updated "IWC Probus Logo" on the outer side of the strap versus just "IWC"...could that be the difference?

The dial detail indeed is amazing and actually taken from Leonardo Da Vinci's "Study of a clock striking mechanism".

Thanks for your help.
On one web shop, where I had found a 04 model for sale, says its a clasp.
What I had realized that 04 model goes for less than the 07 model. Few thousand dollars cheaper.
Either a 04 or 07, I am having one. Just trying to make sure, I know what I am buying clasp or buckle.
