The New York Flagship Boutique is almost open! It is going to be something very special, and a lot of hard work has gone on behind the scenes.
As part of the opening festivities there is a by-invitation-only event for collectors near the end of this month. This will be a two hour champagne reception with key IWC U.S. executives (and possibly our good friend Oliver Siegel from IWC Schaffhausen). You’ll have a special opportunity to see the watches, including almost all of this year’s novelties and several very special limited editions. And you’ll get a chance to mingle with other collectors and see a lot of impressive hardware on their wrists.
Interested in attending? Please e-mail me ASAP and I’ll provide you with further information. IWC cannot accommodate all interested persons, in part due to attendance restrictions imposed by the NY Fire Code. However, since this is an event for collectors participating in this forum (plus spouses or significant others), I’ll see what I can do on invitations.

MIchael would love to be there with all you guys but I ll have to wait for the reports here on the Forum I am afraid. Have fun and take a lot of pictures too, especially the limited edition watches please.
We even have one stalwart fan flying in from Europe. You can make it a nice three day holiday weekend in New York in Spring. Airfares right now are relatively inexpensive, even across the U.S.

Hi Michael,
Thanks for the very kind offer - would *absolutely* love to go but for work commitments I have to be here in Hong Kong.
I hope to swing by NY Flagship later this year.
