This week Part II of the post written by Heiko Bertram On the "SL" Polo, Golf Club and Yacht Club vitage wrist watches. It is peculiar that nobody seems to know what "SL" means : "Steel Line", Sports Line" both or other! If one reads the old brochures and leaflets in which IWC advertises these watches, only the abbreviation "SL" is used and never the full meaning of "SL" is explained....
