I looked too, and found a tiny IWC logo at the top right of the movement. I am not sure if IWC made the case, I read here somewhere that cases were outsourced in those days, but whether that is applicable to this particular watch I don't know. When once asking about the Urania wrist watches what made them IWC watches I got the answer like, that IWC assembled them and was responsible for overall quality control.

For others, I believe the Urania models have been discussed here previously, and an archives search should help. They are among the rarest of vintage IWC models, and were made by IWC for a dealer, Huber, in Munich. Roman's wristwatch is especially rare and coveted by many knowledgible vintage collectors. By the way, IWC didn't make any cases until about 30 years ago.
