Resistance is futile! I cannot wait to hear about your visit to the boutique later today : ) I am looking forward to a visit this summer. Have a great day. Jeff

Yes, it happened. I had to take a brief walk out for a lunch - so the boutique was on the way...Got to spend about 40 minutes there - amidst a flurry of activity going on. Wow. I learned that this is the 3rd generation design concept which is consistent with the new Boutique in Hawaii. Geneva, Beverly Hills examples of 1st generation boutique - then Hong Kong being a 2nd generation design.
My photos are not great. Others like KevinJ already posted some impressions - here are a few taken with my iPhone4.
Walking in..Portofino display to the right (see the trunk with shoes?)
The Portuguese line, worthy of a 2-story grand entrance - stylish seating and decorated fireplace hearth to the left upon entry.
It did not take long for an astute IWC Associate to introduce himself, so casually and politely (it's obvious these are skilled, well-trained sales professionals) invited me to a seat at a presentation table in the Ingenieur area, and a Portuguese 5032 quickly arrived at my fingertips.
Tempting as that was, I continued onward past the Ingenieur section and to the left is the DaVinci corner....I apologize for the bad photo - but pictured there in the top case is a stainless steel DaVinci Kurt Klaus on a new chocolate brown strap - such a nicer combination than the black strap it was introduced with back in 2008.
Turning toward my right is a underwater exploration laboratory - of the Aquatimer display (sorry, I did not get a photo).
And straight back to the pilot's lounge - where I spotted a nice Rose Gold BP Perpetual Limited.
It was interesting to see some spontaneous visitors or tourists come in and not realize it was a watch store...it must have seemed more of a design showroom to them.. "how much for these pillows?"..

Richard. when I saw your first post I thought "DON'T DO IT!" ... as it seemed to me that the quickest way to that Boutique store was "out the window and straight down!"
Man, that is a view to die for! I hope to see / plan to see that store real soon - and then from the street level!

Ardoise

Does the Port Perpetual in the picture have a blue dial?
