Dear all, I think after the long thread on Pallweber 554 we can now groped to summarize what we know about early Pallwebers products in 1884. A first finding is that we do not know any of the movements of this type in the first numbering system. Therefore I intend to focus attention on the movements that I know of those who have a lower number than 1000 in the second numbering system: 1) no. 331, reproduced by Reinhard Meis on pp. 48-49 2) no. 350, in the IWC museum's collection 3) no. 554, see the related thread 4) no. 979, in the IWC museum's collection There are some other movements and watches that I have only partial knowledge: 1) no. 15x, quoted by Ralph Ehrismann in the thread on the no. 554 2) no. ???, reproduced in http://www.faszination-uhrwerk.de/w/w19/a19/ankerwerke-19.html. 3) no. ???, photo posted by Arxi in the thread on the no. 554
Before every other consideration, I ask all forum members (and particularly to David Seyffer, Ralph Ehrismann and Arxi) if they have other reports of other movements or other watches to add to this attempt of classification. Regards Giovanni

Here the additional wheel, typically used in the Pallweber II

Watches show the time flow, time to watch the watch show.

The photo is very interesting.
Do you have some more news on Pallweber n. 15x?
Is it a simple movement or has been cased?

Giovanni

When you posted this same question yesterday, Hans Goerter responded with the answer. Please see

In the future, kindly do not post the same question in several discussions or convert someone else's topic because of a similar keyword.
Thank you.
