Just to explain: normally a watch destined to a given market only can be sold in that market. For example, the Ali watch is exclusive to the US. There is one going to HK to one collector as a favor from the US president to the HK Boutique manager.
Likewise, I suspect the HK Boutique Manager would be delighted to sell the Russian edition. But he needs to get one from the head of the Russian market, as an accommodation. Schaffhausen dowsn't control distribution of a local market's products.
Regardless, despite your chronology F-22, without a deposit you really have no legal leg to stand on. Individual complaints aren't a forum topic, but I do wish you well and hope you get one. Have you called Moscow?

At the meantime, here is my 3BPs awaits their 4th siblings. 4th is a DFB BP, this time from SG. Hope it doesn't end up the same way. Fingers still crossing till the day the watch on my wrist.

I received confirmation on Monday, which also happened to be a bank holiday here in Thailand. Agrement was reached, and full amount will be TT to Richemont Acc. HK on Tuesday. Anyway, a night of sleep certainly cools me down. Just hope if by luck the watch pops up again for sell in the future. I do not call/email Moscow, simply too far and inconvenient for me. Thanks once again for your patient explanation.

Aloha John -
As a fellow Big Pilot enthusiast I was sorry to read about your disappointment but unfortunately I have to agree with Clepsydra. (lol) Watches are like buses, trains, and airplanes - if you miss one there is always another one coming and sometimes things still turn out okay - just ask Shing who missed his plane at SIHH and got stuck in Zurich but managed to pick up a fine piece from the IWC Boutique there.
Also, don't be surprised if someday the shoe is on the other foot, i.e., you might be the lucky one getting the rare piece because another customer's order was cancelled in your favor (whether you know it or not).
