Very cool piece! I prefer that than the digital date. I just got myself the 371701 few days ago, and I love it. IWC pilots are the best everyday watches! Enjoy it and have fun!

Beautiful! Congratulations and welcome to the forum. I've had the chance to see and "feel" this watch earlier this year and I was very impressed, the balance and colour of the dial is perfect. Wear it in good health.

Thanks for the warm welcome! If you are even remotely interested in the model, I urge you to drop by your nearest dealer to have a feel of it in person. No amount of pictures can do it justice.
Looking forward to my second IWC; possibly a Portofino chronograph black dial.

This is true, the dial does not photograph to its full brilliance. You have to see it in the metal . But here are some shots anyway.....

A handsome new acquisition. And, I see you have contracted the IWC uhren-virus by planning your next conquest already. Congratulations and wear the Pilot in good health.
